The tension, stress and uncertainty in our world today can be seen or felt everywhere every day in our lives.  In the process of creating art pieces multi-sensory, it helps us develop and practice mindfulness in facing different challenges in our life. 

 

This course is a crossover skilled course of Japanese Nagomi Art X Korean Clay-cream Art with 5 final art pieces, certified by Hong Kong Inspirational Visual Artcademy (HKIVA: https://hkiva.crd.co).  You may apply for HKIVA instructor certificate to be an authorized instructor.  ​Interested classes and Instructor Course can be organized after completing this course.​  Please do not copy or teach without authorization.

 

What is Japanese Nagomi Art?

Japanese Nagomi Art uses sensorial touch from painting with fingers to help bring a sense of harmony and inner peace to the artist. There is something especially therapeutic about an art form where fingers become the brush on the canvas.

 

What is Korean Clay-cream Art?

Korean Clay-cream Art uses piping techniques to make soft texture of clay-cream flowers in different lines and shapes which are durable to be displayed as home decors, accessories and gifts.

 

Process of multi-sensory art:

- Touch: 2-D plane drawing by Japanese Nagomi Art

- Visual: 3-D handmade flowers by Korean Clay-cream Art

- Smell: Enrich art pieces with fragrant essential oil

 

  • ​No basic skill needed

  • 1-3 student per class

  • Time: 4 - 5 lessons, 3 - 3.5 hours each lesson in total of 14-16 hours (depends on student's learning progress)

  • Format: Online learning via ZOOM

  • Course Fee: HK$5,500 including materials and HKIVA Instructor Certificate Application Fee

  • 20% for 2 persons enrolled at the same time
